My P90X Story: February 2010 through May 2010

After reaching a maximum weight of 209 pounds, I decided I needed to do something about it.  With a strong family history of high blood pressure and diabetes, I knew it would be in my near future if I didn’t get healthier.

Over Christmas time, I’d watched several late-night infomercials about P90X and was intrigued.  Several years of membership at the gym hadn’t seem to be doing anything for me.  Following a few weeks of deliberating, the decision was made.  I went to their website, ordered the program, and within the week, I was starting my 90 day adventure.

I’ve never been one to parade around with my shirt off, so it is with great humility that I post these progress pictures.  However, I made a deal with myself – if I accomplished my goals, I would let everyone else know about it.  So – here’s the proof of what P90X did for me: 34 pounds lighter and a whole lot healthier.
